Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately we do not accept any returns, all sales are final.

How can I track my order?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders have a standard processing time of 1-3 business days. They will be shipped from NYC and will take an additional 1-5 business days to arrive, based on the final destination.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via Paypal, Debit Card, and Credit Card. Debit Cards accepted are Visa and Master Card. Credit Cards accepted are Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.

I purchased an item on pre-order, when will it arrive?"

Pre-ordered items will ship 1-2 weeks after the purchase date.

What do I do if I never recieved my order?

Where are you located?

We are based out of NYC.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the arrival date for online orders and within 7 days of the purchase date for in-person orders.

I'm interested in an item that is out of stock, when will it be restocked?"

All items are made in limited quantities, therefore no item will be restocked.
